I had losts of fun working on this piece mainly because two of my younger cousins helped with designing clothes for Hinata and Ino. My eleven year old cousin Anabel designed Hinata's appearance for this picture while my eighth year old cousin Jimmie designed Ino's dress and jewelry.

This is fanart for AngeLhearteD's Quietus. Which in case you don't know yet is a fanfic that follows the abduction myth of Hades and Persephone but with Naruto characters.

Symbolism:
It's all pretty obvious but I will explain some stuff which inspired me, to sound cool, mind you. 

    :bulletpurple: The title comes from the Vocaloid song Fate or Fake, my cousins like the music video. And since Angel is fellow Vocaloid fan I'm sure she appreciate it it. It doesn't really fit the picture. I really like how the background and frames turned out although I need figure something out about the upper part which is due my unfortunate placement of the draw hence the sudden amputation.

    :bulletpurple: Hinata's out fit is based on the Empire and Regency fashions as Anabel is currently obsessed with costume drama's from that time. I find that style suits the mild mannered and shy Hinata despite the fact it has and bellow the knee hemline. Her Drawing can be find here

    :bulletpurple: Ino's apperence is inspired by medieval dress, which are quite unlike the two piece outfits I tend design for her. I however think it suits her. The curls are due the fact Jimmie loves curls and I agree it does give Ino a certain charms as goddess of love. His Drawing can be find here

    :bulletpurple: Karin wears the Riverkeeper Gown which I designed for her. Mostly since she deserves pretty clothes too, although a different kind of pretty then our goddess.

Finally, I can see it! :heart: I love the border, it's so pretty, both in style and the colours you've selected.

Now onto the characters; I can't believe how talented your little cousins are. Such wonderful designs! Hinata looks stunning, and I adore her moon hairband and the dress. Those details are incredible. The colours are perfect for her. Ino looks beautiful too, and curls really suit her. Lovely work on the outfit and colours, again. And I love the contrast of Karin's clothing with theirs; it's obvious she isn't a goddess, and the relative darkness of her colour scheme is fitting considering where she resides. The backgrounds are perfect. I just love this so much.
